It’s that time again! Time to think about those boat decorations and register for L.A. Harbor Holiday Afloat Parade!

The 52nd annual L.A. Harbor Holiday Afloat Parade will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 6:00PM. This year’s theme is “Holiday Treasures”.

The Grand Marshall will be Gabriela Medina, Wilmington and Harbor City field deputy for 15th District Councilman Joe Buscaino. Officials and community leaders will also participate, as judges or passengers.

All vessels are welcome, including powerboats, sailboats, tall ships and harbor working boats. Trophies will be awarded in the following categories: Theme; Traditional; Humorous; Holiday Spirit; Best Animation; Commercial; Most Original; Children’s Choice; Judge’s Choice and Grand Marshal’s Award.

Viewing locations along the parade route, located in Wilmington, the San Pedro waterfront, Ports O’ Call, Warehouse #1, Cabrillo and Holiday Harbor Marinas.
